In 2006 Adv. Omri Ben-Natan commenced his internship in Gilat, Bareket & Co. and gained experience in trademarks, copyright, patent, and design litigation. In 2007, Omri continued his practice as a lawyer in Gilat, Bareket & Co.
Omri primarily works in the Reinhold Cohn Group’s enforcement department, which deals with the enforcement of intellectual property rights before the courts, while cooperating with state authorities (Customs Authority, Israeli Police) to prevent importation and distribution of counterfeits and imitations to Israel and the Palestinian National Authority.
Omri is also involved in the following areas: counseling and representation of Israeli and International clients in litigation and enforcement in Israel and abroad in the areas of trademarks, patents, commercial wrongs, unfair competition and copyrights; representing clients in proceedings before Israeli Courts, before the Patents, Designs and Trademarks Registrar and the Customs Authorities.
