Dr. Gail Volman

Gail has extensive experience in drafting patent applications, and in managing patent portfolios in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Gail also has experience in providing opinions regarding patentability, freedom to operate (FTO), patent validity, patent infringement, patent licensing, and patent extension (PTE). She accompanies her clients in various proceedings before the Patent Registrar in Israel. Gail also provides advice on protecting industrial designs through design applications.

Her clients include leading international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
