Guillaume Stern

Guillaume Stern is a highly skilled expert in Intellectual Property and manages the physics practice at the Reinhold Cohn Group.

Mr Stern possesses extensive experience in the field in Israel and abroad. He provides strategic consulting services on the management of IP assets, and patent portfolio creation and is regularly involved in freedom to operate opinions, IP due diligence, and invalidity and infringement proceedings. He also assists clients in negotiating agreements related to the field of Intellectual Property.

Mr Stern represents clients active in a wide range of technologies, such as electronics, optics, quantum technologies, semiconductors, aerospace, clean energies, and medical sciences.

With a master’s degree in optical sciences and a master of law, Mr Stern is qualified as a French, European and Israeli Patent Attorney and is entitled to represent parties at the Unified Patent Court.
