Experience
Guillaume has extensive experience in the field of Intellectual Property in Israel and abroad. His main areas of expertise include filing and worldwide prosecution of patent applications, patent invalidity proceedings, freedom to operate opinions, IP due diligence and patent portfolio management. Guillaume also advises clients on strategy, and agreement negotiations related to the field of Intellectual Property.
Guillaume represents clients in various technical fields including electronics and semiconductors, quantum and non-linear optics, lasers, medical devices, nanotechnology, automotive technology and renewable energy.
Prior to joining the Reinhold Cohn Group, Guillaume worked in Switzerland as Global Intellectual Property Manager for a multinational company in the field of medical devices and digital medicine. Before this, Guillaume worked in leading European and US patent law firms in Paris.
Guillaume is qualified as a French, European and Israeli Patent Attorney and serves in the European Qualification Examination Committee at the European Patent Office.
