Law Update Related to the Israeli Patent Office in View of the War

Due to the situation in Israel, a new law relating to postponing of deadlines for actions before the Israel Patent Office came into effect on November 23, 2023.

Accordingly, several deadlines (but NOT all of them) which fall in the period between October 7, 2023, and January 7, 2024, are extended by two months.

Our offices as well as the Israel Patent Office are working regularly, and we are able to meet all deadlines.
